Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is seeking an Annex 24 Analyst to maintain compliance of Annex 24 inventory control for raw materials and fixed assets at the San Luis Potosí plant. You will ensure monthly reconciliations, process open balances, and coordinate cross‑functional inputs to comply with IMMEX and CIVA requirements, while supporting audits and enterprise data integrity.

Strong knowledge of customs procedures, ERP/MRP systems, and Excel are expected, with leadership and clear communication

Formación

• Degree in foreign trade or related discipline required.
• 3 years in Foreign Trade Inventory Control or in a manufacturing environment, automotive preferred.
• Senior expertise knowledge in Customs procedures and compliance.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to communicate effectively.
• Working knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and Excel audit formulas.
• CIVA knowledge or experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain Annex 24 inventory control compliance for raw materials and fixed assets.
• Ensure monthly reconciliations and Annex 30 submissions are completed on time.
• Process the payment of open balances within deadlines to comply with IMMEX and VAT requirements.
• Verify equipment on site matches physical assets and documentation.
• Act as the site single point of contact for Annex 24 compliance.
