GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end project management for global supply chain development initiatives. You will oversee major cross-business programs, manage budgets, and drive transformation activities with senior leadership involvement across the organization.

The role demands strong communication, change leadership, and strategic thinking to deliver on safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives while aligning with GE Vernova's Sustainability Framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance or Business.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant Supply Chain, Lean, or Sourcing experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business cases to support initiatives and relate to sector changes.
• Provide operational oversight for large-scale cross-business projects and budgets.
• Create and deploy enterprise project tollgate standards and related methods.
• Set program direction to achieve SQDC, sustainability, and reliability results.
• Lead and coordinate across commercial, product, engineering and other functions.
• Ensure functional teams are engaged and collaborating to deliver results.
• Communicate and influence partnership programs and relationships.
• Optimize use of company assets for corrective actions and improvements.
• Champion GE Vernova Way and Sustainability Framework in Supply Chain Development.
