MKS Instruments is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer for its Nogales, Mexico facility. The role partners with Global Supply Chain and multiple engineering groups to manage supplier quality activities and drive corrective actions.

You will be the single point of contact for supplier quality issues and collaborate across functions to ensure compliance with MKS specifications. The position, located on-site in Nogales, requires 5+ years in quality/supplier quality and a strong background in QA

Formación

Bachelor of Science degree in technical field or engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in quality/supplier quality/manufacturing engineering.
Strong project management skills.
Demonstrated use of quality tools (FMEA, SPC, GR&R, CAPA/RCA, IQ/OQ/PQ auditing).

Responsabilidades

Execute supplier quality activities for purchased products including supplier approval and product qualification/FAI.
Manage nonconformance and supplier corrective actions; drive surveillance activities.
Act as liaison between engineering and suppliers to ensure conformance to specifications.
Serve as single point of contact for supplier quality related issues.
Coordinate travel up to 25% (mainly local/domestic).
