Job summary

WSP is seeking a Network Operations Specialist to ensure the efficient operation of internal network services within the AMER Hub. You will manage day-to-day activities, monitor performance, and coordinate multi-vendor network infrastructures across WAN, LAN, and security layers.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's in IT/CS/engineering, 4–6 years in network operations, and experience with ITIL-aligned processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in large, multi-vendor networks including WAN and LAN.
• ITIL-aligned service management experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues across vendors.
• Experience with security and remote access solutions.
• Compliance with information security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day network operations to meet SLAs.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates.
• Coordinate upgrades and performance tuning.
• Identify and resolve faults in services and infrastructure.
• Support IMACD activities and change approvals.
• Participate in business continuity tests.
