nVent is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end administration of incentive plans and ensure governance and accuracy across programs. You will partner with payroll, HR, and Finance to deliver on time, while maintaining robust data reporting and analytics.

The role emphasizes building scalable processes, driving automation, and delivering clear communications to managers and senior leaders across a global organization.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, HR, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• 7+ years of experience administering incentive or compensation plans, with hands-on experience using Xactly Incent or similar platforms preferred.
• Advanced English proficiency and strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end administration of incentive plans and ensure compliance with plan documents, governance standards, and policies.
• Build and maintain workflows, rules, calculations, reporting, and analytics to meet business needs.
• Calculate and deliver incentive awards on time and accurately, monthly through annual, resolving exceptions as needed.
