McDonald's Corporation and its franchisees are seeking an experienced General Manager to run a high-volume McDonald's restaurant and uphold our Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards. The GM collaborates with leaders to set goals and creates plans to achieve them.

The role leads Department Managers across People, Kitchen, and Guest Services, coaching and directing to improve performance. Ideal candidates have prior GM experience in quick-service or retail/hospitality.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates should have previous General Manager experience running high volume locations.
• A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.

Responsibilities

• Run a profitable restaurant and uphold McDonald’s Quality, Service, and Cleanliness standards.
• Lead a team of Department Managers focused on People, Kitchen, and Guest Services.
• Hire and develop Department and Shift Managers to build the right future team.
