Responsibilities include designing models, coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior members, and staying current with industry trends to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI concepts and tools to strengthen analytical solutions.
• Strong background in Data Science with proven ability to draw insights from complex datasets.
• Proficiency in Python for developing and deploying data-driven models and solutions.
• Experience with Java for building and integrating data-related applications.
• Solid foundation in Mathematics, Statistics, and Computer Science.
• Fluent English communication skills at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver analytical models that support business and technical goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to keep deliverables on schedule and at a high quality bar.
• Contribute to strategic conversations and help steer data-focused initiatives.
• Review teammates’ work and provide constructive feedback to reinforce strong analytical standards.
• Analyze and solve complex analytical issues across the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and helping them build their skills.
• Participate in planning to define scope and provide accurate time estimates.
• Monitor industry trends and apply valuable new methods in day-to-day work.
• Maintain clear documentation of core methodologies and findings for long-term reuse.
• Partner with stakeholders to clarify objectives and ensure outcomes align with expectations.
