PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Fund Accounting team. You will deliver outsourced accounting and investment operations for family offices and UHNW clients, handling reconciliation, processing, and month-end activities with minimal supervision.

You will collaborate with onshore teams, leverage technology like Power BI and AI tools, and contribute to process improvements while advancing your professional skills in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Formación

• Approximately 2-3 years of accounting or fund operations experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and reconciliations experience.
• Working knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work largely independently within established processes.
• Experience with investment accounting, alternative investments, or family office clients is a plus.
• English advanced language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform investment and account reconciliations across multiple assets (brokerage, custody, private equity, cash, positions).
• Process investment transactions including capital calls and distributions.
• Monitor portals for valuations, notices, and actionable items.
• Ensure transactions are recorded and classified per documentation.
• Investigate breaks and discrepancies, resolving routine issues independently.
• Escalate complex items with clear analysis to the onshore team.
• Support month-end/quarter-end close, reporting, and onboarding.
• Document processes and maintain checklists for knowledge transfer.
• Follow controls and identify improvements for efficiency.
• Handle more complex transactions and support junior team members.
