Job summary

PSL Group is seeking a Senior Fullstack Application Developer to define, design, and deliver scalable web applications. You will own features end to end: React frontends, PHP Symfony backends, and Node.js/TypeScript services, deployed on AWS with Kubernetes (EKS) and serverless Lambda.

The role includes integrating Generative AI models, collaborating with product, QA and business teams, and driving architecture decisions in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in web development with full stack delivery.
• Experience with Claude Code and agentic coding tools.
• End-to-end software design skills.
• Strong distributed systems and event-driven architecture knowledge.
• Proficient in PHP/Symfony and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Hands-on AWS (containers and serverless).
• Experience with LLMs and GenAI APIs.
• Unit testing, code reviews and design patterns.
• Mentoring junior team members and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex UI/UX designs into clean, accessible, responsive code.
• Design and develop scalable backend APIs using PHP (Symfony) and Node.js/TypeScript.
• Architect, deploy and maintain containerized services on AWS EKS and serverless apps using Lambda, API Gateway, SQS/SNS, EventBridge, Step Functions and DynamoDB.
• Integrate GenAI APIs for intelligent application behavior.
• Provide estimates for technical activities; analyze requirements and document design.
• Write tests and automate regression and integration tests using AI; maintain code quality.
• Perform code reviews for standards, security and QA.
• Implement website optimizations: performance, CDN, caching, media handling.
• Modernize legacy components and migrate pipelines to GitHub Actions.
• Address day-to-day issues and participate in R&D to evaluate new technologies.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute your skills.
