EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to align business priorities with hands-on implementation across distributed teams.

You will design robust architectures, craft API contracts, and deliver production-ready backlogs for teams in India. You will apply strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills, React frontend, Node.js/Python backends, and AWS expertise to build AI-enabled enterprise solutions while coordinating with US stakeholders in English.

Formación

• Three-plus years of hands-on full-stack engineering experience.
• Strong TypeScript/JavaScript with a modern frontend framework (React or equivalent).
• Backend development with Node.js or Python and solid API design.
• Proven track record delivering AI/LLM-driven solutions (tool calls, RAG, or MCP).
• Experience translating stakeholder requirements into actionable backlog and architecture.
• Hands-on AWS delivery (Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, S3, RDS/DynamoDB, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Communication with US-based stakeholders in English at B2 level or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders across IT, Sales, Finance, and HR.
• Translate use cases into architecture designs, UX/flow diagrams, and a production backlog.
• Develop and interconnect enterprise integrations (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, Glean, Oracle HR tools).
• Lead integration projects: authentication setup, RBAC, error handling, and production launch.
• Coordinate daily with India-based team to resolve questions and ensure quality ahead of release.
• Prototype UI/LLM/MCP components and deliver a production-ready backlog to the India team.
• Embed security, observability, and reusability into every build.

This position connects high-level business priorities with hands-on technical implementation across a widely distributed, multi-department organization. You'll infuse structured engineering rigor into fluid, still-forming problems, all while contributing to how the organization adopts and integrates new technology.
