AgileEngine, LLC. is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Monterrey, Mexico to own production reliability for a high-scale live hiring events platform serving enterprise clients.

You will diagnose issues across distributed backend systems built on Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka, while collaborating with Client Support and GTM teams to maintain SLA compliance and ownership across projects. You will lead frontend work with React and may work with Python/Django where needed, taking ownership from

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Backend with Java + Spring Boot (Primary)
• Backend with Python + Django (Secondary)
• Strong frontend experience with React
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL and/or MongoDB
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Ability to ramp up quickly and own multiple projects
• Production troubleshooting in live environments
• Experience with Dagster, Data Lakes, Athena
• Strong debugging and data-analysis skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsabilidades

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues related to live events and platform functionality
• Diagnose problems across distributed systems, integrations, and event workflows
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to triage and resolve tickets
• Ensure timely issue resolution according to SLAs
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts or performance degradation
• Maintain and update event logic as dependencies evolve
• Contribute to architecture improvements for backend reliability and scalability
• Own code merges, deployments, and production changes
• Support and onboard additional engineers as the team grows
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects
