Job summary

AgileEngine, LLC in Puebla, Mexico is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own production reliability for a high-scale live hiring events platform serving enterprise clients. You will diagnose and resolve issues across distributed backend systems and collaborate with Client Support to meet SLAs.

We value strong React frontend skills and Java + Spring Boot with Python + Django as a secondary stack. You will own code merges, deployments, and mentor teammates to handle multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Backend with Java + Spring Boot (Primary Priority).
• Backend with Python + Django (Secondary Priority).
• Frontend with React.
• Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, SQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployments.
• Ability to ramp up quickly and manage multiple projects.
• Experience troubleshooting production issues in live environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues on live events platform.
• Diagnose problems across distributed systems and event workflows.
• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to triage tickets.
• Ensure timely resolution according to SLAs.
• Monitor production systems and respond to alerts and incidents.
• Maintain and update event logic as platform integrations evolve.
• Own code merges, deployments, and production changes with minimal supervision.
• Support and onboard additional engineers as the team grows.
• Provide technical leadership across multiple projects.
