Ellucian seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Managed Services client community. You will lead complex investigations, design and implement integrations, and provide expert guidance across multiple Ellucian products.

This role requires strong JavaScript and REST API skills, plus the ability to work across diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience with AI solution patterns and database work is valued.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in application development, technical consulting, or integrations.
• Strong experience with modern JavaScript technologies and REST APIs.
• Experience troubleshooting and leading complex customer-facing technical work.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional teams and communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Independently lead investigation and resolution of high-impact technical issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis across applications, APIs, integrations, and data layers.
• Lead customer discovery discussions to translate findings into actionable requirements.
• Develop and evaluate multiple solution approaches with consideration of risk and scalability.
• Prototype, design, test, and debug applications and integrations across tiers.
• Analyze logs, payloads, and configuration to identify defects and corrective actions.
• Provide advanced technical consultation for Ellucian products and services.
• Lead customer-facing technical conversations and set expectations.
• Coordinate resolution across internal and customer teams to move issues toward closure.
