Job summary

Blend is seeking a Senior FullStack Engineer to drive backend architecture using Python/Flask and to deliver scalable REST and async APIs, while contributing hands-on frontend work with React/TypeScript. You will shape cloud infrastructure on GCP, integrate data solutions with Spanner and BigQuery, and establish robust CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Docker.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Python with Flask or similar web frameworks for backend API development.
• Strong hands-on React and TypeScript experience with production-grade frontend features.
• Experience designing scalable REST APIs and service-oriented architectures.
• Solid SQL, data modeling, and database design knowledge.
• Practical GCP experience including Cloud Run, Storage, IAM and monitoring.
• Testing: pytest, Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright.
• CI/CD with GitHub Actions and Docker containerization.
• Security best practices and secure development workflows.
