A leading technology company in Mexico is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to enhance their software solutions. You will design and implement scalable applications using .NET, C#, and modern frontend technologies like Angular and JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly. This full-time role offers a collaborative work environment with an emphasis on Agile methodologies.

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of our software solutions. Leveraging your extensive experience in both frontend and backend technologies, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and implementing robust, scalable, and high-performance applications. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring the delivery of top-quality products that align with our company’s vision and goals.

Responsibilities

• Looking for strong .NET and C# skills.
• Front-end is JS with Angular, other Typescript experience can be helpful if it’s not specifically Angular.
• Service and backend skills will be required as well.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications with a focus on both frontend and backend components.
• Lead the technical architecture and design discussions, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior members of the development team.
• Identify and address technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and other areas for improvement within existing systems.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating their potential impact on our products and development processes.
• Participate in Agile development methodologies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong backend development skills using server-side languages/frameworks such as Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails, or Java.
• Experience with relational and non-relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design principles and microservices architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for writing clean, efficient code.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
• Experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, automated testing, infrastructure as code) is a plus.
