Thomson Reuters is looking for a Senior Front-End Software Engineer AI to join the CoCounsel team. You will own the client architecture for streaming agent interactions, from React UI to production.

You will shape the frontend for our AI-powered Litigation Drafting products, delivering an intuitive, responsive interface in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with Labs, product managers and designers, mentor peers, and drive end-to-end delivery of scalable features that empower legal

Qualifications

• 4+ years of front-end engineering experience with React and TypeScript building production products.
• Proficient with AG-UI protocol or similar agent-UI protocols and SDKs.
• Experience building and owning CI/CD pipelines for production web apps and automated testing.
• Strong debugging skills and ability to deliver production-ready, reliable systems.

Responsabilités

• Build AI-powered front-end systems turning event streams into fast, resilient interfaces.
• Shape front-end architecture across the team and drive agentic UI design.
• Productionize AI capabilities including CI/CD, deployments, tests and observability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Labs, product managers and designers to ship scalable features.
• Mentor engineers through code review, docs, and shared components.
