Parlym is seeking a FPSO Topsides structure - Weight Control Engineer (M/W) to join our engineering team. You will monitor structural design and weight control activities, ensure CoG evolution stays within constraints, and support interfaces with project teams across EPSCC phases.

The ideal candidate has 5-10 years offshore structural engineering experience, familiarity with API/Eurocodes/ISO standards, and strong coordination skills in multicultural environments.

Formación

• Degree in Structural Engineering, Naval Architecture or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5–10 years of offshore structural engineering experience, including FPSO topside design and weight control.
• Experience in client-side roles within EPSCC project environments.
• Proficiency with structural analysis tools and weight control systems.
• Familiarity with API, Eurocodes, ISO and marine classification rules.
• Strong coordination and communication in a multidisciplinary, multicultural project environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and validate structural design and weight control activities performed by contractors and vendors.
• Ensure topside weight and CoG evolution stays within marine and structural constraints.
• Assist Topsides Structural Lead in managing technical interfaces and compliance with project specifications.
• Contribute to traceability and consistency of structural and weight-related decisions across engineering phases.
• Participate in design reviews, technical clarifications, and anomaly resolution processes.
• Promote and comply with safety instructions and company HSE rules.
