MODEC México seeks a seasoned Process Engineer to supervise day-to-day FPSO operations, ensuring safe and efficient performance of the process plant. You will provide process technical assistance, track production and chemical usage, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure competent operation and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a degree in Process or Chemical Engineering, extensive oil & gas experience, strong English, and deep knowledge of asset integrity standards such as

• Advanced knowledge of process engineering in oil and gas.
• Experience with risk-based asset integrity and maintenance.
• Familiarity with ISO55000 and ISO14224 standards.
• Strong understanding of local and international oil & gas regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Track and record daily production figures for oil, gas, produced water, and water injection.
• Record chemicals consumption for topsides, marine, and utilities to meet performance targets.
• Coordinate with Production Superintendent to train and qualify the team.
• Ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory chemical analyses with offshore teams.
• Coordinate lab analyses with Production and Maintenance to follow procedures.
• Act as custodian for corrective and preventive actions from root cause investigations.
