Lenovo is seeking a Finance/FP&A professional in Mexico City to drive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for the North America service delivery organization. You will lead cost reviews, perform month-end close, and ensure internal controls while collaborating with FP&A, accounting, supply chain, and tax teams.

The role requires 5+ years in finance, strong US GAAP knowledge, ERP experience (SAP/Oracle), and advanced Excel; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau and Python is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, operations finance, or financial controlling within a multinational.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, US GAAP, and month-end close processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling).
• Experience using AI-enabled analytics tools to streamline reporting and financial analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for the North America service delivery organization.
• Lead the monthly finance/cost & operations review process.
• Perform month-end close activities including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and support audits.
• Develop budgets and forecasts; conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Analyze profitability of services, contracts, and regional operations; report KPIs.
• Collaborate with FP&A, accounting, supply chain, and tax teams for reporting standards.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data integrity.
