IBM Consulting in Guadalajara is seeking an experienced FP&A analyst to join a growing team. You will manage accounting and financial systems, support budgeting, forecasting, capex planning, and perform data analysis to inform decision‑making.

This hybrid role requires 5–7 years in FP&A, GAAP knowledge, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.
• 5–7 years FP&A and accounting experience.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and tax basics.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain accounting and financial systems.
• Download/upload financial data and set up SAP templates.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and closing cycles.
• Perform data analyses for periodic reviews.
• Contribute to capex planning and depreciation calculations.
