Groupe SEGULA Technologies SA in Mexico is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst / Financial Controller to oversee the company’s financial health. You will lead FP&A processes, ensure accounting controls, and provide strategic insights to regional and global leadership to drive business decisions.

The role requires strong budgeting, forecasting, and reporting skills, with hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closes.

Formación

• Experience leading FP&A and financial controls.
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Experience closing monthly/annual books and reporting.
• Ability to design dashboards for executives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the annual budget, rolling forecasts, and monthly variance analysis.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closes with accurate financial statements.
• Design and present KPIs and executive decks to management and HQ.
• Monitor working capital, cost management, and cash flow forecasting.
• Partner with tax and accounting teams for compliance and audits.
• Identify process improvements to automate reporting and strengthen controls.
