Job summary

Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Senior FP&A Expert to design and evaluate FP&A tasks for an AI-driven assessment project. You will create realistic budgeting, forecasting, and scenario exercises, develop Excel models with transparent formulas, and assess AI outputs against professional standards.

You will review analyses, identify errors, and establish evaluation criteria while preparing precise instructions and executive-ready explanations in support of advanced financial benchmarks.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of FP&A or related experience.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities with transparent formulas.
• Experience in budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning and investments.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, liquidity, debt covenants, and working capital.
• Ability to build scenario-based financial models and evaluate different assumptions.

Responsibilities

• Design realistic FP&A tasks reflecting complex financial planning and decision-making.
• Develop comprehensive financial models and reference solutions using Excel with documented assumptions.
• Create exercises covering budgeting, rolling forecasts, variance analysis, headcount planning and investments.
• Build integrated analyses including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow, working capital and liquidity.
• Review AI-generated financial analyses for accuracy, identify errors and establish evaluation standards.
• Prepare clear task instructions and concise executive explanations with evidence-based justifications.
• Contribute FP&A knowledge to develop benchmarks for AI evaluation.
