Job summary

Schneider Electric NAM Ops Finance seeks a proactive finance professional to oversee Support Function Costs and lead cost-controlling activities for ASCO and Digital. You will partner with FP&A, accounting and HR to drive accurate budgeting, forecasting and month-end close for assigned cost centers.

The role requires strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and experience with SAP, Tagetik and Tableau. You will influence cost visibility, ownership and efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• 3–5 years FP&A or cost-controlling experience.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with SAP, Tagetik, Tableau.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; organized; self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Perform cost controlling for ASCO and Digital organizations.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and month-end close for cost centers.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Monitor SFC to ensure financial accuracy and alignment with objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve financial visibility and cost ownership.
• Lead investments, cost savings, and tracking within investment cycles.
• Support annual processes like restatements and budget setting.
• Lead transversal initiatives and drive reporting improvements.
