Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking an OPEX FP&A Senior Analyst to lead forecasting, reporting and financial analysis within the operating expenses domain.

You will partner with finance stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous FP&A improvements to support strategic decisions. You will own the monthly cost forecast, support budgeting and long‑range planning, and develop business cases to improve profitability and cost optimization.

Formación

• 4+ years in a Finance function, preferably FP&A.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of media industry dynamics is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with EPM solutions such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Cognos, or OneStream.
• Proven ability to partner with stakeholders and influence decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the month-end close process from an FP&A perspective with variance analysis.
• Partner with Finance Business Partners and budget owners to review spend and risks.
• Synthesize financial insights and present actionable recommendations.
• Own monthly cost forecast preparation and updates in planning systems.
• Support annual budgeting and long‑range planning processes.
• Develop business cases and assess investment opportunities to improve performance.
• Deliver meaningful insights that drive profitability and cost optimization.
• Provide accurate, timely financial reporting for leaders.
• Interpret results and communicate to both finance and non‑finance stakeholders.
• Continuously improve management reporting and decision support.
• Raise risks/opportunities and share findings with FP&A and partners.
• Support governance meetings with ad hoc analysis and executive reporting.
• Drive FP&A process improvements and document enhancements.
• Support knowledge sharing and guidance to junior team members.
