Warner Bros. Discovery in Mexico City is seeking a data-driven FP&A professional to join our Studios finance team. You will blend analytics, automation, and forecasting to improve financial processes and provide insights for decision-making.

The role requires strong English communication, advanced Excel skills, and experience handling large data sets under deadlines. You will collaborate with FP&A partners and contribute to long-range planning, budgeting, and strategic analysis.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, finance analytics, automation, BI, or FP&A-related roles.
• Automation and scripting experience with Python or SQL is essential.
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support forecasting and analysis for Warner Bros. Discovery Studios.
• Develop systems and processes to enable accurate forecasting.
• Meet with finance partners to discuss forecast drivers and present forecasts.
• Handle ad hoc analyses and data requests.
• Prepare forecasts for studio meetings and month-end reporting.
• Reconcile actuals vs forecast and explain variances.
• Collaborate with FP&A on budgeting and long-range plans.
• Assess financial impact of potential strategies.
• Deliver high-quality financial information on time.
• Build trust with partner FP&A teams.
• Drive process simplification and share best practices.
