Oliver Wyman, a Marsh company, is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Corporate FP&A team in the Office of the CFO. The role focuses on ownership of recurring FP&A processes, financial reporting, forecasting, and analytics, with a strong emphasis on data quality and automation.

The position is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week at the Mexico City office. The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in FP&A with advanced Excel, BI tools, and experience with AI-enabled finance workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
• Approximately 4-6 years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or related analytical finance roles.
• Strong understanding of P&L analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with large datasets.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other BI platforms.
• Familiarity with Oracle EPM, Hyperion Planning, SmartView, Anaplan, or similar tools.
• Experience using automation or AI tools to improve reporting and analytics.

Responsabilités

• Own core FP&A processes including monthly/quarterly financial reporting.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and rolling forecast processes.
• Prepare financial commentary for senior stakeholders and CFO-level reviews.
• Develop driver-based analyses and scenario models for decision-making.
• Create and enhance dashboards using Tableau/Power BI; automate repetitive tasks.
