Placements24 in Ciudad Juárez, Mexico seeks a Senior FP&A Analyst to lead forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis. You will build models, monitor variances, and present insights to senior leadership to improve profitability and efficiency.

You'll collaborate with multiple departments, maintain accurate reports, and support strategic initiatives in a hybrid work setting within the Ciudad Juárez region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Master's degree or CPA/CMA is a strong asset.
• 5+ years FP&A or related experience with financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools is desirable.
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Analyze performance vs budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and drivers.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
• Support annual operating budget and periodic re-forecasts.
• Provide financial insights for strategic initiatives and capital decisions.
• Monitor key metrics and identify cost savings and revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with accounting to ensure accurate reporting.
• Present findings clearly to management and stay aligned with regulations.
