Placements24 is seeking a strategic Head of Planning and Management Control in Tijuana, Baja California. This role leads FP&A, budgeting, and performance management, developing financial strategies and providing insights for executive decisions.

The position supports hybrid work from our Tijuana office with opportunities for leadership and business development. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with preferred MBA/CPA credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA or CPA is a strong plus.
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or management control experience.
• Proven budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in SAP or Oracle Hyperion and Excel.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of annual budget and long-term financial plans.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance.
• Analyze results, identify variances, provide insights to senior management.
• Develop financial models for forecasting and scenario planning.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with department heads on reporting and budgeting.
• Identify cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the planning and control team.
• Contribute to strategic planning and business development.
