Pérez-Llorca is seeking an experienced M&A and financial regulation lawyer to join the Mexico City office. The role focuses on providing legal advice on financial regulation and related transactions, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting national and international clients.

The ideal candidate has a law degree with eight to eleven years of experience in M&A, banking, and finance law, acquired in a law firm, and a high level of English.

Formación

• Law degree required.
• Eight to 11 years of experience in M&A, banking and finance law (acquired in a law firm).
• High level of English. (written and spoken)

Responsabilidades

• Providing legal advice on financial regulation.
• Analyzing and interpreting legal and regulatory provisions applicable to financial institutions and transactions.
• Advising on matters relating to banking, financial services and regulated transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating documents and contracts relating to financial transactions.
• Identifying and analysing regulatory implications in clients’ projects and transactions.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and their impact on clients’ transactions.
• Coordinating and participating in projects with multidisciplinary teams and national and international clients.
