Bosch México is seeking a Senior Controller Analyst to strengthen financial health through in-depth analysis, reporting, and control of performance. You will partner with the Controller Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, IFRS compliance, and continuous process improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, actuary, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience, tested during interviews.
• Extensive experience in Excel, SAP, Oracle Hyperion, ERP logistics, Business Warehouse, and Smart View.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS.
• Support month-end/year-end closing including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance and support data-driven decisions.
• Consolidate financial results across units and provide commentary on trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Lead/update annual budgets, forecasts, and rolling projections with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and external audit requirements.
• Identify and implement cost controls and process improvements; automate reporting where possible.
• Provide strategic input on investments and business opportunities.
