Copeland seeks a Lead Financial Analyst in Guadalajara, Mexico, to support the Plant Controller/Finance Manager. You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analyses, and supervise payroll and social security processes for the Mexican entity.

Required is a public accounting background or BA, with 3–5 years in budgeting/forecasting, payroll, and labor/tax law, plus fluency in English. Experience with JDEdwards, Oracle, and SAP is preferred.

Formación

• Experience in budgeting/forecasting and variance analysis.
• Payroll supervision experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor and tax law.
• Proficiency in English (B1–C1).
• ERP systems experience: JDEdwards, Oracle, SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Act as backup to Controller/Finance Manager.
• Lead monthly/weekly forecast analyses and prepare variances.
• Support internal controls and audits.
• Oversee payroll processing and social security compliance.
• Prepare budget and forecast deliverables with plant staff.
