Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company seeks an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to support the sales finance digital initiatives, enhance forecast accuracy, and drive automation across finance routines. You will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain the Compass TPM and reporting capabilities, including Power BI, while enabling change management for sales teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in Commercial/Sales Finance, IT Finance or similar roles.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI, and other data analysis tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in sales finance and TPM systems.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the Compass Champion network by maintaining an active roster across Sales Areas and functions and assisting with monthly meetings.
• Collaborate with the Compass Capabilities team to align on Sprint priorities, action items, and deliverables.
• Execute training plans for Compass solution enhancements.
• Analyze data and provide insights to support TPM system enhancements and Power BI reporting requests.
• Collaborate with IT to design and implement data integrations and workflow automation.
• Support digital initiatives by defining technical requirements and managing change for sales teams.
• Perform ad hoc analysis to support planning for Senior Leaders across the company.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions.
