Job summary

Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Senior Estimator to develop integrated gas skid and station solutions for data center power infrastructure, preparing first-party and third-party quotations for projects potentially valued at over $10 million.

You will lead estimating, collaborate with engineering, sales, procurement, and customers, and mentor junior estimators while ensuring schedules, risk management, and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, mechanical, or instrumentation engineering or related field.
• Progressive estimating experience in oil, gas, or gas power industries.
• Experience developing large, multi-discipline estimates.

Responsibilities

• Lead the estimating process from opportunity review through final proposal.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.
• Review RFQs, specs, BOMs, and data sheets to define complete scope.
• Coordinate with engineering and stakeholders to select fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Present estimate strategy and risks in internal reviews.
