Bain & Company in Mexico City is seeking an Expert Manager, Technology Delivery, to support day-to-day technology transformation projects, leading cross-functional teams and managing scope, schedules and budgets.

You will apply strong project management and analytical skills, identify issues, run analyses, and translate data into insights and recommendations for decision-makers while delivering tangible value for clients.

Formación

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 6+ years of consulting or related experience in tech.
• Experience with project management for large tech transformations.
• Experience collaborating with vendor partners (e.g., IBM, Accenture).
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and facilitating workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in end-to-end technology and digital transformation projects.
• Coordinate PMO tools, processes, governance to deliver on time and quality.
• Identify value opportunities and translate initiatives into measurable impact.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Lead onboarding and use of PMO tools (MS Project, ServiceNow, LeanIX).
• Manage analyses of business processes and deliverables for clients.
• Coach teams and facilitate workshops with client stakeholders.
• Contribute to firm-building initiatives and knowledge sharing.
