Bain & Company in Mexico City is seeking an Expert Consultant, Technology Delivery to help clients modernize their tech strategy, architecture, and systems, aligning technology with business goals to drive efficiency, agility, and innovation.

You will own end-to-end transformation initiatives, manage scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes, and work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable improvements across processes, platforms, and operations.

Formación

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• 4+ years of consulting experience in tech or related environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of IT operating models, cloud, and enterprise architecture.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end technology and digital transformation project delivery, focusing on implementation and operationalization of strategic initiatives.
• Establish PMO tools and monitor project performance against scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Analyze business processes, generate insights, and translate data into actionable client recommendations.
• Prepare and present project deliverables and client communications to senior decision-makers.
