CRH Talento en IT is looking for a QA Engineering Manager to lead QA efforts in an agile environment located in Torre Mitikah, Ciudad de México. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience and a BS/MS in Computer Science, alongside strong leadership and QA skills.

This position offers a competitive salary of MXN $94,000 gross per month along with comprehensive benefits including major medical insurance, vacation days, and bonuses.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience as a QA Manager in an agile environment.
• Proficiency in QA methodologies and software testing principles.
• Hands-on knowledge of Selenium and TestNG.

Responsabilidades

• Lead software QA and collaborate with other teams.
• Design and document procedures for testing and CI/CD.
• Provide oversight throughout the full software lifecycle.
