Bosch México seeks a Technical Project Manager to align engineering activities with customer and internal requirements, on schedule and budget. You will coordinate international teams across mechanical, hardware, software, testing, system architecture, functional safety and cyber security, while guiding risk and resource management.

Travel is ~5% within Mexico or USA. Strong English skills and experience in safety-critical product development are required to lead complex projects and ensure

Formación

• Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering or related technical field
• Proficient in English (written and verbal)
• Experience in product development and safety-critical projects
• Ability to lead cross-cultural technical teams
• Strong project planning and risk management skills

Responsabilidades

• Plan, coordinate and execute global multi-disciplinary engineering activities
• Lead international cross-functional teams (mechanical, hardware, software, testing, cybersecurity)
• Manage engineering development, validation and release to schedule and budget
• Create and maintain technical project schedules and allocate resources
• Support root cause analysis and risk management
• Develop and maintain OEM relationships as technical lead
