Bosch is seeking an experienced EPQ professional to assist the project manager and development team on quality issues at the Mexico site. This role focuses on identifying product quality risks and planning preventive measures throughout development.

You will contribute to process compliance, document metrics, and drive improvement actions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high quality deliverables.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of process models ASPICE and CMMI.
• ISO 26262 awareness is required.
• Proven problem solving and requirements engineering skills.
• Experience in change, configuration and release management.

Responsabilidades

Job Description

The EPQ assists the project manager and development team on quality issues, identifying and escalating product quality risks. It supports planning and reporting of preventive quality measures during development, ensuring effective implementation. Performs additional tasks assigned by the team leader to aid quality department initiatives.

Key Responsabilities:

Creation, reporting and improvement of Process Compliance Checks.

Deep documentation of metrics of the project.

Creation, application and follow up of improvement actions

Application of preventive quality measures and deep analysis

Quality Gates preparation, consultant and support to Engineering teams

Software Product knowledge to understand requirements

Active participant and analyst on Engineering team development meetings

Decision maker on Quality perspective

Identification and mitigation of Risks

Reporting to Management

Propose and execute various activities on the implementation of the department's competencies and provide support in initiatives, proposals and events.

Create and present to the team leader and department director, the monthly report on the status of assigned activities.

Professional Experience (years):8-9years

Technical Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• SW/Mechanical/HW experience
• Expert knowledge of process reference models (e.g. ASPICE, CMMI).
• Basic knowledge of ISO 26262.
• Problem solving- mandatory
• Requirements Engineering- mandatory
• Change Management- mandatory
• Configuration Management- mandatory
• Release Management- mandatory
• Advanced knowledge of product design / LifecycleDevelopment (e.g V Model) - mandatory
• Quality Gate Moderator - desirable
