Yanfeng busca un Ingeniero Senior de Warehouse en Querétaro, México. Se solicita mínimo 4 años de experiencia en la industria automotriz (Tier 1) como Warehouse Supervisor.

Se valorará dominio del inglés conversacional y formación en Ingeniería, Relaciones Internacionales, Comercio Internacional o BA. El puesto requiere gestionar inventarios, aplicar FIFO, liderazgo de equipo, mejoras de procesos, auditorías internas y externas, y coordinación con un gerente de logística en Shanghai.

Formación

• Inglés conversacional requerido.
• Mínimo 4 años en la industria automotriz como Warehouse Supervisor (Tier 1).

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar inventarios y fiabilidad de materiales en almacenes.
• Aplicar FIFO en todas las zonas.
• Liderar personal y distribuir tareas en planta.
• Participar en proyectos de mejora de almacenes.
• Participa en procesos de auditoría interna y externa.
• Colaborar con supervisor de logística en Shanghai.
• Gestión de seguridad y limpieza del almacén.

JOB SUMMARY

• BD- Engineering, International Relations, Commercial Trade, BA or any major related
• English conversational skills proficient- MUST

• This position reports to a Shanghai Logistics Manager
• Automotive industry expertise it´s a must for this position.
• It’s difficult to access to the Plant- for this reason it´s important that the candidate must have her/ his own transportation or another alternative to get to this site.
• Nowadays the company is unable to give support relocation- for foreign candidates

Experience minimum 4 years in automotive industry (must) as Warehouse Supervisor in AUTOMOTIVE Tier 1 :

• Ensure that the stocks and reliability of the materials at least 95% both physical and theoretical of the system of raw material warehouses, WIP and Shipments
• Ensure that the rotation of materials in all warehouses is carried out through the FIFO system (first entries, First exits)
• Manage the human resources of your staff for the distribution of tasks in the plant.
• Participate and implement improvement projects for warehouse operations.
• Participates in escalation process of any potential missed shipment or timing
• Personnel management
• Responsible for general housekeeping of warehouse
• Internal & external audits
• Participates in continuous improvement of material processes and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned
