Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. in Mexico City is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer (Market Level 5) to support the Product Creation digital tools ecosystem and drive AI-enabled solutions across business workflows and engineering processes.

The role sits within the Digital Go To Market Tools engineering team, focusing on FlexPLM/PLM, Trasix, and the BOM application. You will work across integrations, data integrity, and go-live support to improve productivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years hands-on FlexPLM experience and modules such as Line Planning, Tech Pack, and C&M.
• Experience with integration projects (FlexPLM–SAP and other ERPs) and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance Product Creation applications (Trasix, FlexPLM, BOM).
• Configure, customize, and upgrade FlexPLM and related tools.
• Design and implement REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware.
• Maintain data integrity across PLM and connected systems.
• Develop AI-driven improvements to workflows and productivity.
• Provide go-live support and post-deployment assistance.
