Atomic Hr is seeking a talented video editor for a performance marketing agency focused on higher education. The role involves editing and optimizing video content for ads, YouTube, social media, and digital campaigns, collaborating with designers and strategists to ensure brand storytelling.

You will work remotely from Latin America, stay current with platform trends, and deliver polished assets on tight timelines.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in professional video editing, preferably in an agency, media production, or marketing team.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Experience editing content for ads, marketing, or corporate communications.
• Strong storytelling ability, with an understanding of pacing, audience engagement, and visual impact.
• Familiarity with motion graphics (text animations, lower thirds, transitions).
• Technical knowledge of color grading, sound design, and video formatting for social media, web, and broadcast.
• Highly organized—able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Fluent English communication skills, with the ability to work with U.S.-based teams.
• Experience optimizing video content for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, TV).
