Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Principal Document Control Analyst for Ethicon in Ciudad Juarez to ensure proper execution of change control for Quality System documentation and PLM system changes. You will support Records Management and provide guidance across sites and functions.

The role requires strong bilingual skills, autos per GMP/ISO, and experience with PLM tools. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, training, and compliance globally.

Formación

• High School Diploma or technical degree; near completion of college.
• 6+ years related experience; or near completion of bachelor’s.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required; proficient PC skills; MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze documentation changes and ensure accuracy.
• Review Change Requests/Change Notices in a timely manner.
• Proofread and edit documents for style, grammar, spelling, format, GDP compliance.
• Provide training on change control processes and system tools.
• Support Records Management program and audits.
