Flex seeks a Senior Director, Process Engineering in Guadalajara, North, to lead process engineering across a manufacturing area. You will drive development, scale-up of processes, and ensure alignment with product designs and cost targets.

You will manage senior manufacturing engineering managers, partner with operations, and guide policy to improve efficiency and quality while controlling costs and mentoring staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
• Proven leadership in process/ manufacturing engineering.
• Strong knowledge of PCB assembly processes and equipment.
• Fluent English for direct customer interaction.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee process engineering activities across a manufacturing area.
• Plan and implement development and scale-up of new processes.
• Collaborate with design to ensure process compatibility and cost targets.
• Lead by example to recruit, develop and manage engineering staff.
