Flex located in Guadalajara South is seeking a Process Engineer to support design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes. The role reports to the Process Engineering Manager and focuses on creating robust, efficient production processes and documentation to enable new technology transfer.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and advanced English, with the ability to develop in-house manufacturing techniques, transfer processes to production teams, and support

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Advanced English required.
• Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Review processing methods.
• Interface with production for new process implementation and transfer.
• Assist in training during new technology transfer.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability.
• Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production.
• Oversee new process equipment production.
• Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters.
• Troubleshoot process-related issues.
• Participate in cycle time and process improvements.
• Evaluate and select engineered materials.
• Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products.
• Improve manufacturing techniques and throughput.
• Knowledge in failure analysis and mapping procedures.
