Flex is seeking a Process Engineering Manager in Guadalajara North to lead a team of process engineers and drive capability improvements across manufacturing operations.

You will develop and maintain process documentation, manage projects to meet customer specs, collaborate with design teams on new products, and push throughput and cost-reduction initiatives while recruiting and developing talent.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Experience with mechanical assemblies and PCBAs is required.
• Proven leadership or management of technical teams.
• Experience with power systems or embedded power is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of process engineers and technicians to establish and maintain SPC systems.
• Establish and improve process capabilities.
• Develop and maintain process documentation.
• Manage development projects to meet customer specs, delivery, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to design manufacturable products.
• Improve throughput in constrained areas and drive cost reductions.
• Develop, test and implement new materials and processes for performance improvements and cost reductions.
• Coordinate initiatives to enhance throughput and overall performance.
• Implement HR strategies to recruit and retain a qualified workforce.
