Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, South Campus, is seeking a Purchasing Manager Direct to oversee direct materials procurement. Reporting to the Director, Materials, you will supervise buyers and expeditors, drive supplier performance, and ensure timely supply aligned with production schedules.

The role requires bachelor’s degree or equivalent, advanced English, and proven leadership in purchasing within electronics manufacturing.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Experience as a Purchasing Leader in electronics manufacturing industry.
• Advanced English language skills.
• Proactive personnel management and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee procurement of Direct materials, parts, components and equipment.
• Lead and guide a team of buyers and expeditors to meet delivery and quality targets.
• Interface with procurement groups to update and maintain strategies.
• Ensure on-time delivery and optimize Purchase Price Variance with suppliers.

Conocimientos

Advanced English
