The Citi Sr Analyst Engineer role is an intermediate-level position responsible for a variety of engineering activities including design, acquisition and development of hardware, software and network infrastructure in coordination with the Technology team. • 5-8 years of relevant experience in an Engineering role.
• Experience working in Financial Services or a large complex/global environment.
• Project Management experience.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of design metrics, analytics tools, benchmarking and reporting.
• Strong analytic/diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment and with virtual teams.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize and own parts of a project.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven track record of operational process change and improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to budgetary requirement definition for assigned product area, develop specs and create project plans and software release schedules.
• Partner with business and development teams to identify engineering requirements and assist in defining application and system requirements.
• Ensure requirements/tasks are communicated to stakeholders and align with BISOs/TISOs audit requirements.
• Provide solutions and processes in line with audit initiatives and security controls.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with training activities.
• Escalate, manage and report control issues with transparency.
