Spin Careers is seeking a Staff SecDevOps Engineer to integrate security into our SDLC and cloud infrastructure for fintech platforms. You will build automated guardrails in CI/CD pipelines, harden cloud and container environments, and mentor engineers to advance secure practices.

You will lead security monitoring, audits, and incident investigations, aligning with NIST/ISO 27001 and OWASP. Effective communication across teams is essential in this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 8+ years in information security, DevOps, or platform engineering.
• Hands-on with CI/CD platforms and embedding security testing (SAST/DAST/SCA) into pipelines.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or Bash for automation.

Responsabilidades

• Embed automated security testing into build and deployment pipelines.
• Define and enforce security guardrails for IaC and containers.
• Design tooling to automate vulnerability detection and remediation.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies across cloud, CI/CD, and on-premise environments.
• Oversee security monitoring and lead incident investigations and root-cause analysis.
• Lead internal and external security audits aligning with NIST/ISO 27001/OWASP.
• Mentor engineering teams on secure coding and DevSecOps practices.
• Contribute to the security roadmap and evaluate new tools and technologies.
