SailPoint is seeking a Service Enablement engineer to support its Identity Security Cloud across AWS and Azure. You will help build, run, and optimize cloud environments, participate in a follow-the-sun on-call model, and collaborate with engineering and services teams to deliver reliable services.

Lead automation, IaC, and runbook development, while upholding security/compliance standards and scalable operations across global deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in 24x7 production operations for SaaS/cloud services.
• Deep depth in public cloud (AWS and/or Azure); experience across both clouds is a plus.
• Hands-on Kubernetes in production (EKS/AKS) and IaC tooling like Terraform.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain a resilient, secure SaaS platform to meet SLAs.
• Automate deployment, monitoring, and incident response across cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).
• Monitor site stability, troubleshoot production issues, and scale infrastructure.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Services and other departments.
• Develop and improve runbooks; contribute to automation patterns and CI/CD guardrails.
• Participate in on-call rotations; follow-the-sun support model.
• Ensure information security and compliance (ISO27001, SOC1/2).
• Document architectures, stakeholder decisions, and platform policies.
