Aggregatum is seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer to join our international team. You will design, automate, deploy, and support cloud environments while driving robust CI/CD pipelines and secure operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of DevOps or cloud engineering experience, strong IaC skills (Terraform/ CloudFormation), and production Kubernetes expertise. This role offers collaboration across global teams and opportunities to implement DevSecOps best practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on DevOps/Cloud Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Harness, Azure DevOps).
• Strong Docker and Kubernetes experience in production.
• Experience with EKS, AKS, ECS, Rancher, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Ansible/Chef/Puppet.
• Scripting with Python, Bash, PowerShell or Groovy.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK).
• Proficient in Git workflows, release management, and code reviews.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps.

We are seeking strong hands-on DevOps professionals with proven experience designing, automating, deploying, and supporting cloud infrastructure and production environments.

Role Overview

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with development and operations teams to build and maintain reliable, scalable, secure, and automated cloud environments.

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience across the DevOps lifecycle, including cloud infrastructure, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, container orchestration, automation, monitoring, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or Azure.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
• Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
• Deploy and operate containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, deployments, and repetitive operational tasks.
• Support and troubleshoot production environments.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for incidents and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and observability practices.
• Collaborate with development, operations, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Implement cloud security and DevSecOps best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, release management, and deployment activities.
• Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers when required.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, SRE, Platform Engineering, or similar roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and/or Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or comparable IaC technologies.
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as:
• Jenkins
• GitHub Actions
• GitLab CI
• Harness
• Azure DevOps
• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
• Experience with technologies such as EKS, AKS, ECS, Rancher, or similar platforms.
• Experience with configuration management and automation tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet.
• Scripting experience using Python, Bash, PowerShell, Groovy, or similar languages.
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK, or similar platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and Root Cause Analysis capabilities.
• Experience with Git, branching strategies, release management, and code review processes.
• Understanding of cloud security, IAM, secrets management, and DevSecOps practices.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical problems and take ownership through resolution.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English is required.
